The bed was nice. Fantastic place for one night, recommended. Ideal location, easy to get around.

I needed to stay overnight near jfk airport for an early morning flight. This hotel fit the bill perfectly: not too expensive, good access to jfk, clean room, friendly person behind the counter who gave me good advice about a place to go for dinner.

Fair value for the price, and close to jfk Airport. Close to subway and rail road station.

Dirty bathroom, a little bit scary location.

It was a cheap sleep only transit hotel. Just that.

Pubic hair in the corners of the bathroom floor was a sign of bad cleaning.

The hotel overall was excellent. The location near the subway station and the airport train station, is unbeatable. The clean and comfortable. Few amenities, but enough for a quick trip.

Great location for just an overnight stay prior to catching a flight from JFK

When I got to my room, the comforter on the bed was stained and the bath still had maintenance equipment in it. Breakfast was very basic, and only had limited cereal, toast, juice and coffee. No bagels or pastries were supplied.

the staff were amazing, always willing to reach out and for sure i will recommend the hotel to my friends visiiting New York.

The dining is a bit small and becomes a challenge when fully booked, but for sure i loved the complementary breakfast which whad variety

Very conveniently located next to the AirTrain Jamaica Station, and reasonably priced for such a location. Clean, comfortable room. Friendly helpful staff.

Beds comfortable

Shower didn't work properly and dirty, coffee machine was dirty with lumps of brown stuff coming out they replaced with another that was as bad. Then told me to make tea in lobby it was cold , so had to go to breakfast room for hot tea ..breakfast was poor quality and cold coffee. I asked to speak to manager he never was available I called hotel 2 more time but he was not available I left 2 email contacts and a week later still no explanation or contact . Area was unsafe after dark . Most expensive I paid in 5 weeks of hotels USA and Canada and worst.

Room was clean and ready for early arrival. Staff was friendly and helpful with the train scheduling to Manhattan.

Walking from the Jamaica AirTrain station, you have pass by a "live poultry shop" ... no kidding... And it stunk to high heaven! Also, I walked home at night from the station to the hotel and it is a bit scary...although the road is well lit, you are in a rough neighborhood. I would not suggest my wife walking alone in this area at night. My advice, walk with someone at night but you should be ok during the day. Hotel is decent but in a poor neighborhood...thus the low cost compared to hotels in nyc.

Efficient and friendly. Close to train station so easy to get to jfk and also Manhattan. Much cheaper than Manhattan.

The room is at the basemant - too dark. No microwave and fridge as in other hotels around for the same price.

Convenient for the Airtrain/JFK...also let me check in 3 hrs early....

Area not the best..... Can imagine someone feeling a bit nervous walking to hotel from Jamaica Station or the Airtrain
